Wedding Bar Experiences Perfect for weddings and large-scale celebrations, these packages include up to five hours of professional bartending service, two signature cocktails curated for your event, beer and wine service, custom bar menu design, full bar setup and breakdown, professional bartending staff, fresh garnishes, ice, cups, mixers, and pre-event planning with a curated alcohol shopping list.
Non-Wedding Event Packages Ideal for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and backyard celebrations, these packages offer flexible service time, one or two signature cocktails, beer and wine service (if provided), tabletop bar setup, professional bartending staff, ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, and pre-event planning support.
No, Saddle Sips Saloon does not provide alcoholic beverages. Our clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol for their event.
That said, we make the process simple and stress-free. Every bar package includes pre-event planning support and a curated alcohol shopping list based on your guest count, menu, and event style. We’ll guide you on exactly what to buy, how much you need, and where to shop so you feel confident and prepared.
We provide everything else needed for service, including professional bartenders, bar setup, ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, bar tools, and custom menu design (package-dependent).
Non-alcoholic beverages and mocktail options are always available upon request.
Our bar service packages begin at $14–$18 per person, with final pricing based on guest count, service time, bar setup, and selected enhancements.
Most private events fall within this range, while weddings and larger celebrations are custom-quoted to reflect the scale and level of service required.
We offer thoughtfully curated packages for weddings, birthdays, graduations, and milestone celebrations, and we’re always happy to recommend the best option based on your event vision and budget.

Staffing is determined by guest count, menu complexity, and service duration. The Signature Celebration includes professional bartending staff appropriate for your event size, with additional bartenders added as needed to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Yes, our packages includes our signature Saddle Sips bar setup, which may be the saloon trailer or our White Petite Saloon Bar, depending on venue logistics and space. We’ll recommend the best option to ensure seamless service and setup.
Saddle Sips Saloon is based in California’s Central Valley and serves events throughout Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Visalia, Oakhurst, and surrounding areas.
Travel within 25 miles of our home base is included. Events beyond this radius are subject to a travel fee of $1.50 per mile (round-trip).
All travel fees (if applicable) are clearly outlined in your custom proposal prior to booking.
To officially reserve your event date, we require:
A signed service agreement, and
A 50% non-refundable retainer
Once both are received, your date is secured on our calendar and we begin the planning process.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event and will be outlined clearly in your invoice. All payments, contracts, and communication are handled securely through our booking system for a smooth and seamless experience.
